🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, or a similar role within the steel industry.
• Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives and driving innovation in steel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of smart manufacturing technologies, including AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex R&D projects.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
