📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all legal aspects of the company's operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and board of directors.
• Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel and in-house legal teams.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are reviewed and compliant with legal standards.
• Stay updated on legal trends and regulatory changes, and provide recommendations for proactive measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business law, including corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Certification in legal management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a global or international environment is a plus.
