📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of aquaculture facilities, including feeding, water quality monitoring, and disease management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including environmental and food safety standards.
• Optimize production efficiency by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Manage and train aquaculture staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational reports and records for regulatory and internal purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Certification in aquaculture management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian aquaculture regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in using aquaculture management software such as AquaLog and AquaCulture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
