PT Kusuma Jaya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Internal Audit to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits.,Review financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities found during audits.,Prepare audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and work papers.,Provide support to the Internal Audit team during special projects and investigations.,Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the audit process.,Participate in continuous learning and development programs related to auditing and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant standards.
