📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard operational integrity.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk management initiatives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and tools, such as ISO 31000, COSO, or other relevant frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with educational institutions and their unique risk management challenges is a plus.
