Giselle Bali is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Restaurant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Train and develop staff members to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the menu and can provide excellent customer service.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the executive chef to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage costs, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,A detail-oriented and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
