Assist customers with product information and sales inquiries,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment,Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally,Promote products and services to customers,Assist with cash handling and financial transactions,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer skills,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Positive attitude and team player mentality
