📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional events.,Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team on a regular basis.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
