📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content including images, videos, and graphics.,Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on performance.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in the planning and execution of social media events and promotions.,Ensure all social media content is aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven ability to create and schedule engaging social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
