📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the branch is a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the branch.
  • Represent the company at local events and meetings, as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing branch operations and improving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
