📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
• Handle customer complaints and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Participate in staff training and development.
• Ensure that the restaurant's financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
