📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management of MEP systems, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement building asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of our facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems and building assets.
• Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP engineering and asset management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in project planning and execution, including budgeting and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP engineering and building asset management.
• Certifications in MEP engineering and asset management are a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and EnergyPlus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
