🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community care, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of community needs and the ability to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Community Health or a related field is a plus.
