📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR Manager in the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
