📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food for events and special occasions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen inventory and cost control.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
