As a DW Security Officer, you'll be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. Your daily tasks will include patrolling the hotel premises, monitoring security cameras, and responding to any security incidents. You'll work closely with our dedicated security team and other hotel departments to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Patrol the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
• Monitor security cameras and respond to any security incidents
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Work with other hotel departments to maintain a secure and welcoming environment
• Enforce hotel security policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and responses
• Participate in security drills and training exercises

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or related field
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities
• Valid security certification or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
