📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
