📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and craft high-quality bubble tea drinks with precision and creativity.
• Assist customers with drink selections and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring the safety and hygiene of food and drink preparation.
• Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as food handling guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in bubble tea artistry.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bubble tea or beverage industry.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing bubble tea art.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for the bubble tea culture and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
