Hospitality Professional (Barista/Waiter/Waitress) - Bali's Premier Hotels & Cafés

PT Kuta Kasih Anugerah is seeking a passionate Barista/Waiter/Waitress to join our team in some of Bali's most iconic hotels and cafés, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung. As a Hospitality Professional, you'll be the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every interaction is memorable. With a focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction, we offer a dynamic work environment where your skills and enthusiasm will be truly valued.

In this role, you'll be serving guests in our cafés and restaurants, preparing coffee and other beverages, and ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be quick on your feet and able to handle multiple tasks at once. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests in our cafés and restaurants
• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and brewing equipment
• Assisting with food service, including taking orders, serving food, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
• Following health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and uniform requirements
• Providing feedback to management on guest needs and preferences to help improve our services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with food and beverage preparation, including coffee brewing and espresso machine operation
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
