📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and manage KPIs for employees and departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop performance improvement plans.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and HR trends, and implement relevant strategies.
• Support the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and KPI management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement.
• Certification in HR or performance management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
