📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control procedures,Providing guidance and training to staff on internal control and compliance matters,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and ensure resolution,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
