📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify customer identities.
• Monitoring transactions and flagging any suspicious activities.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
• Managing and updating customer profiles in our internal systems.
• Collaborating with the compliance team to address and resolve any compliance issues.
• Providing support to the sales and customer service teams during the onboarding process.
• Conducting regular audits and reviews of KYC processes.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, financial compliance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using KYC tools and software such as Onfido, Trulioo, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
