📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales targets are met.,Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and inventory.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor cash drawer levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Participate in inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven track record of managing cash transactions and handling customer complaints.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as part of the job requirements.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
