📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer specifications.,Manage a team of commis chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper food storage and waste disposal.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and kitchen supplies as needed.,Train and develop new commis chefs to ensure they meet the required standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of commis chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handling certificate and any other relevant certifications.
