Overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the company.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Managing and motivating the management team to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Managing the company's budget and financial performance.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Leading and participating in business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing organizations.,Strong strategic and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
