📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
