📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on our products and services.,Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
