📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Create and maintain training records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
