You will use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adjust to track user behavior and monetization performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze in-game purchase data using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adjust.
• Identify trends and patterns in user behavior to optimize monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement data-driven monetization plans.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different monetization strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mobile game monetization.
• Assist in the development of new monetization features and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with game analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Adjust.
• Understanding of monetization strategies and in-game purchases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
