📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure the outlet meets all company standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Train and develop staff to achieve optimal performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
