📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise all aspects of the outlet, including staff, inventory, and operations.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outlet activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers or staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license.
