PT Wana Putih is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. This is an urgent opening, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our procurement processes effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for delivering excellent results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Track and manage procurement budgets and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
