📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring that targets are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor production team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Resolve production-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with production software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar discipline).
  • Certifications in quality management or safety (e.g., ISO, OSHA) are a plus.
