In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, such as servers, workstations, and networking devices.,Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.,Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.,Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
