Bloom Market Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming shopping experience.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.,Manage inventory and restock products as needed.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 lbs.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
