📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes,Handle vendor and customer invoices and payments,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or management role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
