📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and benefits information.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR practices align with business goals and objectives.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
