Jubm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) Team Leader to join our dynamic construction team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing and overseeing various construction projects across Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports for construction projects.,Oversee the procurement and management of construction materials and resources.,Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure project quality and compliance with standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors and project teams.,Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction cost management, scheduling, and procurement processes.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Valid professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent).
