PT Gading Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Kembangan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restocking.,Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.,Handle cashier duties and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and report to the manager.,Participate in inventory audits and stock checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment.,Proven experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
