📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.,Assist clients in booking and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.,Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.,Collaborate with the team to develop and implement travel packages and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and travel arrangements.,Promote our travel services and packages to existing and potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a counseling or advisory role.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tourism destinations and international travel options.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel-related activities.
