Agung Fajar Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic, including customer service, inventory management, and general shop duties. If you are passionate about customer service and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Manage and maintain the inventory of dental supplies and products.,Process and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the clinic.,Support the dental team with any additional tasks as needed.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.,Assist in the preparation of dental materials and equipment for procedures.,Provide information and guidance to customers about dental products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.,Knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.
