📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

4. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders
5. Maintain health and safety standards
6. Handle any issues or challenges that arise on site

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in site management in the construction industry
2. Strong leadership and management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Fluency in Indonesian and English
