📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store's products.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and customer satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools, is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
