📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical content.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.,Provide technical writing support during product launches and updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
