📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Help with food presentation and plating to meet customer expectations.
• Support in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow and uphold all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, ovens, and food processors.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
