📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily palm oil processing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes, including sampling, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize production yields.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Generate and analyze reports on production data and quality control results.
• Provide technical support to the production team and assist with troubleshooting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in palm oil processing or quality control.
• Familiarity with palm oil processing equipment and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as SMK 3 and ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using SAP and LabVIEW software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
